Opening Session & Oratorical Excellence
Welcome to the 2023 Florida Atlantic Diocese State Youth and Music Conference! We will open up our conference and hear from our Diocese Oratorical contestants as they present their orations. Moderated by Dr. Joyce Thomas.
Opening Night: Pep Rally & So You Think You Can Praise Talent Showcase
Its Opening Night! , we are going to get this party started off on the right foot! Bring your energy as we get ready to praise the Lord!!! Get ready as our talented youth take to the stage to show off their talents! Who will take the crown for this year's So You Think You Can Praise!!!! Hosted by Rev. McLean Cromer, Bro. Doug Major, & Min. Latrice Glenn - Golding!
Teen Outing
Its time to mix and mingle....All join us for fun, music, food and more! TBD.
Youth Workshops
Join us on Friday morning as we break off into groups to discuss different topics such as healthy living, internet safety, and making decisions after high school!
Bible Trivia
Its time for Bible Trivia Our contestants will showcase their skills and knowledge of the Bible during this event. Who will win! Come and join us! Moderated by Dr. Joyce Thomas
FADSYMC Field Day
Join us as we compete to see who is the best on the playing field! Food and drinks will provided. Prizes will be given out to the winners!
FAD SYMC Scholarships Interviews
Interviews for our FADSYMC Scholarship applicants will take place during this time. Moderated by Dr. Joyce Thomas
Friday Night Service: Sunday's Best!
Our nightly service is going to be an EXTRAVANGANZA! Our theme for the night is "Sunday's Best!" with the word coming from our own SYMC President, Rev. McLean Cromer and Praise and Worship by the FAD SYMC Praise Team, so get your best Sunday attire and join us! You don't wanna miss it!
Late Night Bowling with FADSYMC!
Join us for a night of fun at VIA Entertainment!
Royalty: The King & Queen & Awards Pageant
Come out and celebrate our State Youth Royalty during our King and Queen Pageant, hosted by District Presidents, Sis Jill Davis and Sis. T'Andrea Blunston. We will announce the winners of our Oratorical Competition and hear the winning speeches. We will also acknowledge our 2022 High School Graduates during this event!
IT'S TIME TO RISE UP!: FAD SYMC Concert
Our closeout event for the conference is our FAD SYMC Concert! Hosted by Min. Latrice Glenn-Golding and Bro. Doug Major, we expect a high time in The Lord. we are looking forward to closing out our 2023 FAD SYMC Conference with a bang!
